  Zhongbo participated in the Joint CTEQ Meeting and 7th International Conference on Physics Opportunities at an EIC (POETIC 7) held at Philadelphia, PA during November 14 - 18, 2016. He delivered a plenary talk on "TMDs at an EIC". At the same time, he joined a panel discussion on "QCD tools for future ep/eA colliders". The full panel members are: Frank Petriello (moderator, Northwestern), Zhongbo Kang (UCLA), Christopher Lee (LANL), Pavel Nadolsky (SMU), and Stefan Prestel (SLAC).
